  • I agree whole-heartedly. Many people don't see that we're PAYING for care already through the current system. Not only through inflated premiums and co-pays, but also through reimbursements for unneeded emergency care that, given the OPTION, people could see family doctors for.

  • ...and what are you basing this prediction on? The overwhelming majority of Democrats voted into the House and the Senate by U.S. citizens? Or is it the Commander in Chief appointed by citizens through our amazing democracy? The people have spoken. Democrats are in. Better catch up.

  • ...and WHICH President GOT us into our "fiasco"...the LAST President. Aren't you paying attention? Our current President has only been on the job since January 20th - just over 7 months. Not nearly enough time for anyone to clean up 8 years of destruction. Got it?

  • In the end, if we do not have coverage for ALL - we have failed. We must have a Public Option. "Health Insurance for all" was what this President campaigned on and it is a major issue that Americans voted him into the Whitehouse on.
